I thought I should really welcome everyone to my new blog, although perhaps like most things out with my working life, it wont really take off!
However, one must try, and if nothing else it will give me something to do during my lunch hour from here on in.
Why a blog? Well it is not because I think I am particularly worth writing about or anyone wants to hear about me, but more of a digest of my daily encounters of the IT world from a sales guys perspective!
I look forward to no doubt posting many useless posts, and it will be complete drivel, but here goes.....

- I am a 28 year old IT Sales guy, and have been working for HoundDog Technology for the last 3 years. I live in Newport-On-Tay with my fiancée and having recently proposed, wedding planning and redecoration of the house have been occupying our lives! I started my sales career in IT and Technology, after a couple of years in IT, I decided it was time to put my sales skills to good use, and follow my heart, and actually sell something I thought I would really enjoy! So I chased the dream, which I thought was to sell high end motor cars. Whilst I enjoyed it and did well, the motor trade was not going to be a life long career! I then dabbled a bit in property and investment, finally moving back to the world of IT and Technology. I do get to speak to a lot of interesting and knowledgeable people on a day to day basis, not to mention the odd person that I wonder how they got into IT in the first place!
